PetPal does not collect, store, or track users’ precise location.

The app uses Google Maps services solely to display nearby places such as veterinary clinics, pharmacies, parks, and pet stores. Any location data used for map display is handled directly by Google Maps and is not stored or processed by PetPal.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Provide and maintain PetPal features
  • Store and display pet-related data
  • Improve app functionality and user experience
  • Communicate important updates related to the app

3. Third-Party Services

PetPal uses trusted third-party services to operate core functionality. These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Database, Storage)
  • Google Maps API (Map display and place information)

PetPal does not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Advertising

PetPal does not display advertisements in the current version of the app.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information using secure technologies and services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

PetPal is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
