Users can request deletion of their PetPal account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Please send an email with the subject line “PetPal Account Deletion” to:

Include the email address used to create your PetPal account.

What happens next

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • All associated pet data will be removed
  • The process may take up to 7 days
